Scheduled for Saturday, May 4th, at 6:00 PM, the Gastronomic Premiere Dinner promises an evening of culinary indulgence like no other. Guests will have the exclusive opportunity to Savor a meticulously crafted 6-course surprise menu, curated in collaboration between the renowned chef Jean Michel Lorain, owner of the esteemed two Michelin-starred restaurant, La Cote Saint Jacques, in Burgundy and the new restaurant Head Chef, Nicolas Keller.
Under the culinary direction of Chef Nicolas Keller, who brings his wealth of experience from La Cote Saint Jacques, our menu showcases the perfect fusion of French gastronomy with many locally sourced Thai ingredients. Each dish promises to tantalize the taste buds and transport diners on a journey of exquisite Flavors and textures.
